All items are of first quality and packed to arrive damage free. Should any item arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the merchandise with the same or comparable item. Shipping
We ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail. The Shipping & Handling charge when you select the "US Priority Mail" option under shipping is $5.95 for orders under $50.00 and free shipping for orders that are over $50.00 within the Continental United States. If you would like your bear shipped US Postal Express Mail (please contact us by email), an additional $15.00 will be ADDED to the above rates. Please be advised we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery with Express Mail in all areas, as Express Mail service to some cities is 2ND DAY DELIVERY. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and all APO/FPO addresses. All Orders are normally shipped the next business day. You can expect your items within 2-4 working days! We will also provide an shipping notice by email with your USPS tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Refunds
Refunds on unclaimed deliveries or returned goods will be less shipping and handling charges. On APO/FPO orders outside the United States, we can only provide proof that the shipment was processed in a timely manner with the United States Postal Service. Once the package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages.
